Offer, Sponsorship & Visa

Once you select candidates, you issue job offers and manage any sponsorship and visa steps with your own licensed migration and legal advisers. Our involvement is purely introductory and documentation-focused – final hiring and immigration decisions are always yours.

Fee Structure

We operate on an employer- and agency-pays only model. Workers never pay recruitment fees to NovaStaff Global.

Stage 1 – Candidate Submission Fee

Payable when we submit agreed numbers of Candidate Packs for your review (per candidate or per batch of 20–50 workers). This covers sourcing, screening, documentation and pre-training support.

Stage 2 – Sponsorship / Nomination Fee

A further fee becomes due for each candidate you decide to sponsor/nominate or progress to a formal job offer, typically at the point you initiate your internal onboarding and migration process.

For International Workers

NovaStaff Global works with candidates who want to relocate for genuine jobs in care, healthcare support, warehousing, factory/meat processing and hospitality/cleaning. We look for people who are serious, reliable and ready to work hard and follow local rules.
